Take a killer work ethic, a childhood spent in family salons, a mad dash of artistic genius, and an astrologically-confirmed case of perfectionism (read: Virgo) and you get César DeLeön Ramirèz, Wildform’s co-founder and in-demand celebrity hair stylist.
And by in-demand, we mean booked: On any given day you can find him styling a Kardashian, backstage with Demi Lovato, or taking Ciara from long and curly to blunt and bobbed for a cover shoot. His styling kit, a product junkie’s dream, has its own compartment of hair pieces—Wildform wigs, ponytails, and extensions he tailors to create totally bespoke hair styles that have their own high-vibration energy field.
Along with his soul sister and Wildform partner Caroline De Sousa, he’s on a mission to carve out an intentional space in the beauty world. Wildform is where he marries his outer beauty chops with his inner beauty vision.
ASTROLOGICAL SIGN: Virgin Virgo.
ON A SCALE OF 1 (INTROVERT) TO 10 (EXTROVERT): Depends on which personality I am that day.

HAIR COLOR: El natural: dark brown.

SUNDAY HAIR: Hat, hat, and a hat.
RIDE-OR-DIE BEAUTY PRODUCT: SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF.
MANTRA: I’m very careful about what I speak into existence, whether about myself or others. I only speak positivity, and I give gratitude to the universe before I ask for more.

FIRST THING YOU DO IN THE MORNING: My amazing shaman taught me an incredible exercise that I do when I wake up. I connect with my body and mentally tune into every chakra and send love and positive energy to each one. This reminds me that I have the power to feel good, control my actions and my thoughts, and to be grateful for my health. Once I have my me-and-my-body-and-soul time, I take my babies [French bulldogs Dakota and Stone] to go potty.
LAST THING YOU DO AT NIGHT: After slathering myself with 20 anti-aging serums I take my babies to go potty.
FAVORITE BEAUTY RITUAL: Mani and pedi with an extra 30-minute foot massage. These dogs be barkin’.
REMEDY FOR A CREATIVE BLOCK: My Burning Man camp, a dusty desert, a 50-foot rainbow to climb, and fungi.
HOW YOU GET CHILL AF: I’m as cool as a cucumber. (Meditation at my altar also helps.)
FAVORITE METHOD OF TRANSFORMATION: Landmark Education. I have to say it’s been the best gift of growth I’ve ever given myself. It’s where I created my life and where I acquired the tools to transform every day.
BEAUTY MYTH YOU’D MOST LIKE TO DISPEL: Can I make a list?
• Short hair is only for thin or older people.
• Long hair doesn’t look good on older people.
• People should shampoo every day.
So, to be clear, none of those things are true!

SHAPESHIFTER: My Grandma. She was beautiful, always very stylish, and funny with a lot of personality. We’re very similar in terms of our ambitions; I’m a goal-getter like she was. She taught me about spirituality and Tarot and about spells and magic passed down in our family for generations.
UNSUNG HERO: My mom. She had me at a very early age, raised me and my brother as a single mom, and, even with the little bit she had, took in my two adopted sisters. She’s the most giving and hard working human I know. She lived a hard life of sacrifice and struggle to give me and my siblings a life full of opportunity for success. I thank her for teaching me morals and self-respect and to work for what I want.
